Cranberry: STUDY

Embarking on this endeavor involved a comprehensive process that began with immersing myself in extensive research on a specific facet of the natural world. This research provided the foundation for my subsequent steps, which encompassed the art of illustration, deconstruction of design elements, and their seamless integration into a cohesive nature study. The final product was thoughtfully compiled, printed, and bound, creating a visual narrative for a university project.

Growing up on a fifth-generation cranberry farm instilled a profound appreciation for the intricacies of nature within me. It felt only fitting to explore the world of cranberries as my subject matter. To illuminate the diverse design elements within this vibrant berry, I skillfully merged watercolor artistry with computer rendering techniques, ensuring that each cranberry illustration encapsulated its inherent allure. My own photography was incorporated throughout the magazine-style booklet, elevating its visual impact and storytelling.
